3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one ace364 account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, ace364 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances. Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ace364 support team immediately. Attempting to log in using another person's credentials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at ace364 is ৳100 (for each payment method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. You may only use a payment method registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount at ace364 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. ace364 may request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request if deemed necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ace364 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳42,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete betting equal to 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement: 25x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. Certain games may contribute differently to the wagering calculation — details will be stated in the terms of each offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, false information, or manipulation, ace364 may cancel the relevant bonus and winnings and close the account. ace364 reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
ace364 offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, as well as various games including slots and live casino. The outcome of each bet is determined by the provider's technology and ace364 ensures fair play.
6.2 Right to Cancel Bets
ace364 may cancel bets in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- An event is cancelled or postponed (in accordance with applicable sports rules).
- Evidence is found of manipulation or gaining an advantage through unauthorized means.
- Incorrect information is published due to an error in a data feed or third-party supplier.
6.3 Responsible Gaming

7. VIP Program and Rewards
The ace364 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.

- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
Progress through VIP tiers depends on your activity and regular participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to your account at the end of each week. ace364 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP Program at any time.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace364 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
- Using automation software, bots or manipulation tools.
- Making strategic transactions with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
- Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using third-party payment methods.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

If these prohibitions are violated, ace364 may permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

ace364 may suspend or close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, failure of age verification, or regulatory requirements. Valid balances are generally returned, but may be held during an ongoing investigation.

All content on the ace364.cam website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is owned by or licensed to ace364. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without the written permission of ace364.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. ace364's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
